Our Mission Our mission is to empower the community through education, training, and guidance, one individual at a time. We provide compassion to build confidence, as there is no dream too big that we as a community cannot accomplish together. Our Vision Create a self-sufficient community by providing individualized training according to career goals and life circumstances. We connect with ex-felons in order to prevent the cycle of prison reentry and prepare them to become productive citizens in society. We assist Veterans with life after military service and ensure they have proper guidance to adjust to a civilian lifestyle. We also provide information to prepare teens for adulthood.
