Renuka has built communication expertise from the ground up across diverse sectors, including PR agency consulting, corporate marketing, and CSR functions for IT organizations, BPOs, and GCCs. Renuka has extensive experience managing Integrated Communication for large Global Capability Centers. With a focus on thought leadership, branding, and crafting impactful recruitment marketing strategies she has elevated leading global brands across India locations. She seamlessly integrates this wealth of knowledge into university syllabi and specializes in engaging with university students across diverse streams, helping them cultivate an “Effective Communication Mindset”, to guide them toward career success.
