JAC (Just a Chance), originally launched as an initiative under eTihuku Pty Ltd, has since grown into a subsidiary of eTihuku. We are a technology-driven company dedicated to empowering individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, those with limited skills, or those who have been previously overlooked.
Through JAC, we offer training and development opportunities, enabling individuals to gain experience, advance professionally, and thrive in the tech industry through 12-month internships. Our programmes are tech-focused, remote-friendly, and backed by a vision of inclusive talent development aligned with South Africa's national skills goals and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We don’t just offer internships. We offer a second chance, and sometimes, the first. We believe that luck plays a role in success, and we strive to be that “luck” for those who never imagined such opportunities were possible.
