Founded in 2020, JustBe Studios is more than a wellness space, it is a movement to guide individuals and organisations back home to themselves. At JustBe, we believe that true fulfilment begins with reconnection: to your breath, your truth, your body, and your soul. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern practices, JustBe Studios offers immersive workshops, sacred retreats, and one-on-one coaching experiences that support emotional healing, spiritual growth, and personal empowerment. Every experience is intentionally designed to create space for inner alignment, clarity, and deep transformation. As the founder, I bring my experience as a meditation teacher, sound practitioner, and the teachings of Eastern philosophies, enriched by my travels and inner journey. These teachings are embedded into the soul of JustBe, where every session, ritual, and practice is created to meet people where they are and gently guide them home to who they truly are.
