Just Good Work aims to increase the transparency of the recruitment process, enabling users to make informed choices that lead to legitimate, safe and fruitful work and avoiding deception, debt and exploitation. Guidance on accessing help is offered for every stage of employment, including the return home. Country specific insights into life and work are available, covering topics such as the weather, medical support, local customs and leisure activities. Key features include: Simple, concise and accurate multilingual information on: * Rights and responsibilities in both their home and destination country * Entitlements and 'red lights' within the recruitment process * Advice on: -trusted recruiters -application process (contracts, visas, flights) - acceptable living & working conditions * Cultural orientation and practical information on their country of destination * Animated videos to give guidance on key issues and engage low literacy users. * Helplines and links to where to get help, advice and legal support at home and abroad. * Interactive checklists for users to feedback on what is and isn’t happening in their recruitment journey * Safe storage of scanned important documents and receipts * Stories from other job-seekers and workers, sharing their experiences at different stages of the process * User feedback automatically curates the information provided, tailoring it to meet their specific needs
