Justice in Motion is dedicated to protecting migrants rights across borders. In our global economy, this is a critical issue that must be addressed to ensure justice for migrants. The cross border challenges to achieving justice allow companies whose products and services we use every day to exploit migrant workers and get away with it. Families are denied safety for their children. Human traffickers are able to profit at the expense of those seeking a better life. Migrants, families, businesses, and everyone who plays by the rules is compromised as a result. We currently operate legal, educational, and policy initiatives in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America. Through a unique network of on-the- ground human rights partners, Justice in Motion makes sure that wherever migrants go, their rights follow.
