JustParent is insurance for businesses. We help businesses afford to give their staff enhanced parental leave pay.
Once your business has JustParent, we will pay 100% of basic salary (that doesn't include NIC, pension, bonus, etc) of staff parental leave pay above the policy excess.
You decide how much paid leave to offer your staff - if can be from 6 to 30 weeks paternity, or 12 to 30 weeks maternity. The policy must apply to all staff, excluding company directors. See our website for full eligibility and exclusions.
