At Juvenate, we believe that helping others is helping yourself--this means that we ultimately aim to create a win-win-win situation where our clients, our consultants, and society at large benefit. Third, society at large benefits through the increased impact of NGO clients that we serve, but also through having the skills and talents of our youth channeled to serving a greater cause. We develop the skills of our consultants through hands-on training--after a training session with one of our executive members, new joiners will be put on either consulting projects with clients or conduct market research for Juvenate. High-performing members are promoted through each term/ project cycle.
