Juvenilia - European Network of Young Opera Friends

Juvenilia is the leading European network of young opera friends clubs, theatres and festivals. It currently serves 22 clubs in 7 countries. Since our establishment in 1998, we have fostered a vibrant network of passionate young individuals from across Europe. Our diverse community comprises over 600 dedicated members under35. Juvenilia’s main purpose is to organize cultural exchanges in the form of opera events, where young opera enthusiasts meet to watch opera, ballet and classical concerts together, while creating lasting connections and lifelong memories. Member services include ongoing organization of opera events (at least one per month) including promotion via our newsletter, website and social media channels; two General Assemblies each year and regular internal briefings; promotion of theatres targeting young audiences; consulting regarding youth outreach programs of theaters & festivals, and club formation. We provide access to our member database to facilitate the sharing of information and good practice among members.
