To each wine an emotion... Our Inspiration Our inspiration is the emotions of men and women working their vineyards year-round to craft a wine they are passionate about. Emotions of wine tasters enjoying a glass, bringing back flavors of a unique moment of their life, flavors of a travel, or providing new unknown sensations. Our Concept The concept behind Cépaé is to convey these emotions to you directly, bypassing the traditional layers of middlemen, to represent winemakers directly; for the most part, small winemakers who would not have dreamt of even reaching the US shores. This, combined with bringing you simply the best traditional French pastries in the area made by hand each day and not mass-produced, combine to give our customers an authentic slice of French culture and in the heart of Bellevue. Our Guests When people leave our tasting room, we hope they enjoyed both the experience of fine, traditional French pastries and savory food along with the diversity of the wines offered. Nowhere else in Seattle, or the surrounding area, can you find such a massive selection of wines by the glass (over 120!) – nearly all from producers who have no other representation in the US. Cépaé and La Parisienne together are a daydream in France combined with a full belly and a warm heart.
