JAC Hardware & Plastic Co.,Ltd is an OEM factory which is located in shenzhen from 2008. JAC provides one-stop service such as CNC machining, prototype making, mold 3D design, mold making, injection production, painting and finished products assembly. We offer OEM and ODM services.We have professional technology and rich experience in manufacturing all kinds of plastic & metal for more than 10 years.Our rapid prototypes factory can reach 250,000$ production value each month, and our injection molds factory can make 50 sets injection plastic molds each month. We have 20 sets of CNC machines, 10 sets of milling machines, 5 sets of grinding machines, 12 sets of EDM, 1 & 2d mold detector in the Mold Manufacturing Department.The injection department has 20 sets of injection machines, ranging from 60T to 600T. There are 3 production lines, 3 sets of automatically pad printing machines and 3 sets of ultrasonic machines in the painting & printing department.There are 3 automatically lines.
