KCR Residential REIT plc was admitted to AIM on the London Stock Exchange on 3 July 2015. KCR's objective is capitalise on its position as the first REIT specialising in residential property in the private rented sector (PRS) to build a substantial investment portfolio that generates secure income flow for shareholders through the acquisition of property SPVs. KCR intends to achieve this objective by acquiring, improving and managing residential property assets in areas in the UK that have potential for growth in rental and capital values. We believe that KCR offers an attractive opportunity to gain exposure to the residential property market. The experienced team has a track record of successfully sourcing, financing, improving, letting and managing properties to create sizeable property portfolios with attractive cash-flows. We aim to take advantage of opportunities in the residential real estate market to build the portfolio to £500 million, enhancing yield and increasing net asset value through active management and development. We believe this strategy will allow us to provide shareholders with an attractive level of dividend income.
