We are one of the few wholesalers in the area that handcuts madetoorder meat and seafood products. This allows restaurants, institutions, and further processors to purchase freshly processed proteins in exact quantities saving time and inventory. Each day Heeps grinds fresh meat for burgers, sausages, patties, etc., as well as, portions any raw protein to any spec. We also have an in house USDA certified aged beef program. Specially cut or trimmed, bone in frenched, heart shaped filet, special sausage recipe, no problem, we do it all. We live by our slogan You dream it, we make it.
