Our Executive Chocolatier, Stu Jordan, who is also the founder of The Sweetest Little Chocolate Shop, traveled overseas for training under a world ‘chocolate master’ who had competed and won in the Chocolate Masters. Stu’s passion for fine chocolate has been the catalyst for us investing in a state of the art production facility, where true magic is being created on a daily basis. He has developed a range that is truly amazing, and like nothing else on the market in New Zealand today. The visually stunning range is backed up with bold flavour profiles, great balance, giving you a multi-sensory experience.
Kāko Chocolate is all about creating a genuine chocolate experience. We believe that making chocolate with the best ingredients, & an uncompromising attitude toward production, results in a chocolate product that is unparalleled in flavour and presentation. While this means a large part of our filled chocolate range has a short shelf life of between 4 – 6 weeks, ultimately it is all about the experience.
