Year 2009, Shanghai Biwin Co., Ltd was established, focusing on import and export of plastic welding machines. Year 2010, our factory, Shanghai Jinchic Precision Machinery Co., Ltd was established, focusing on ultrasonic systems R&D and manumfacturing, including ultrasonic plastic welding systems, hot plate welders, special purpose machines (SPM) and automation lines. Year 2015, Shanghai Biwin Co.,Ltd was closed due to some policy limitations and K&M Technologies Ltd was set up to continue the import and export business of plastic welding machines. Year 2018, Shanghai Aoyun Automation Co., Ltd was set up, which was separated from Jinchic, and focuses on only special purpose machines and automatic lines making. Three companies constitute one organization, in charge of different divisions of business. Incorporated in 2015, K&M Technologies Ltd is one-stop solution provider in plastic welding business, especially in ultrasonic plastic welding, ultrasonic non-woven fabric sealing and cutting, hot plate welding, water filter production lines...We have the best sources for the design of the equipment based on over 10 years' experience of the main staff in this industry. We, as the one-stop solution provider, are working closely with new technology R&D staff and mould designers, aiming at providing timely and qualified services to our precious clients around the world. The plastic welding machines are widely used in automotive industries, home appliance industries, electronics and medical products production lines. We can supply complete machine or customized production lines, and meanwhile, we can supply the parts of the machine or production line separately.
