Year 2009, Shanghai Biwin Co., Ltd was established, focusing on import and export of plastic welding machines.
Year 2010, our factory, Shanghai Jinchic Precision Machinery Co., Ltd was established, focusing on ultrasonic systems R&D and manumfacturing, including ultrasonic plastic welding systems, hot plate welders, special purpose machines (SPM) and automation lines.
Year 2015, Shanghai Biwin Co.,Ltd was closed due to some policy limitations and K&M Technologies Ltd was set up to continue the import and export business of plastic welding machines.
Year 2018, Shanghai Aoyun Automation Co., Ltd was set up, which was separated from Jinchic, and focuses on only special purpose machines and automatic lines making.
