K+S Consulting is an investment and management consulting company that owns, operates and oversees the operations of healthcare servicers and providers including hospitals, surgical centers and other healthcare providers in the United States. Formed in 2003, K+S Consulting has a mission to invest in the innovative delivery of healthcare and to create value in the healthcare sector by boosting the revenues, streamlining the operations and carefully organizing the management and organizational structures of targeted companies and new business initiatives with a heavy emphasis on patient care and quality service. K+S operates out of its corporate offices and headquarters in Houston, Texas with a dynamic and creative team that is driven to lead with a focus on developing the company's network, investing in new initiatives and solutions and building lasting partnerships for the future. In 2016, the K+S Consulting network restructured its network and operations. As a part of this restructuring, K+S streamlined its operations to offer select management and advisory services to its clients.
