1. A Broad Learning Platform
Our activities aim to deepen financial knowledge and enhance understanding of social issues. Throughout the year, we study investment, fintech, payments, and financial institutions, building foundational financial literacy. From summer to the beginning of the fall semester, we research and present academic papers for the Mita Festival, and we also organize a Mita Thesis Training Camp.
Additionally, we regularly hold group discussions on social issues, fostering cross-disciplinary debates that provide new perspectives. We also visit sponsor companies' offices, the Bank of Japan, and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, allowing members to gain firsthand insights into industry operations and working professionals.
With a proud 81-year tradition, we host study sessions and lectures featuring our alumni, creating opportunities for students to engage with professionals. Furthermore, we plan collaborations with other organizations, including lectures and workshops.
2. A Variety of Events
We organize events to encourage active interactions among members. As the largest finance research society at Keio University, members have the chance to build diverse connections.
We host various activities such as futsal tournaments, dessert gatherings, BBQs, Waseda-Keio sports match viewings, and women's meetups. We welcome new members' ideas and plan events twice a month on weekends!
Additionally, we organize summer and spring trips, thesis training camps, and frequent social gatherings. Members are welcome to participate in events only if they prefer!
