Engagements -- Major U.S. based Airline: Reviewed the existing Oracle Real User Experience Insight (RUEI) implementation. Identified gaps between the requirements and existing implementation. Re-mediated issues related to the RUEI implementation. Met with technical team members and project leaders to gather reporting/alerting requirements. Trained the company staff on the use of RUEI and report/alert generation.
