The Skyscraper ——Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre The 530-meter skyscraper, Guangzhou CTF Finance Center with 116 floors is the tallest building in Guangzhou and one of the world’s top ten skyscrapers. Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre formed the final piece of the CBD master plan and came into service in the latter half year of 2016. The project is designed by renowned architect firm (KPF) and comprised of K11 Art Mall which combines the core elements of Art • People • Nature, Rosewood hotel and service apartments, and currently the largest Grade A office building in the region. With a total site area and GFA of over 26,000sqm and 500,000sqm respectively, the project is situated in the crossing of Subway Line 3, Line 5 and APM Line, and surrounded by a large number of Grade A office buildings, five-star hotels and luxury service apartments, as well as embraced by city cultural landmarks in a neighborhood of foreign consulates, well-known foreign enterprises, luxury residential complex and chambers of commerce.
