K2 operates three core divisions, which include: 1. Investment Management & Advisory (includes the CIO Office). This includes internally managed and externally aligned investment teams across global, regional and domestic markets; 2. Responsible Entity (RE), Trustee & Administrative Services for external (and internal) funds across all asset classes; and 3. Listed Funds. This includes Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) across multiple exchanges and Listed Investment Companies (LICs). K2 was an early adopter launching the second active ETF in the Australian market.
