Contingency Search: • Fee per placement model • Geared to those companies with specific, steady hiring needs. • Areas of specialty: Marketing, Sales and Operations • Entry level to VP positions • With over 20 years of experience, we partner with our clients to identify, source, interview and present only the top candidates for each role. • Industry experts with a national reach. We target passive candidates who meet our client’s unique criteria. Fixed Monthly Retainer: (typically a 6–12-month contract with flexibility) • Fixed Monthly Retainer – Zero Commission Model • Makes for easier budgeting. • Geared specifically toward companies who have “temporary, high volume” recruiting needs: National Launch, New Retail Account Support, Expanding Distribution • No limit on number of hires • Headhunter quality service with a 30-40% savings over traditional contingency fees • Augmenting your internal HR or Talent team. We add support during high volume cycles and partner with your team to manage internal postings, resume review and candidate screening. • We also continue to provide direct sourcing for passive candidates through our own network and channels. We assume the cost of our own LinkedIn Recruiter seat. No added expense to your budget. Hourly On-Demand Talent Acquisition Services: • Short Term /Project based / Hourly Rate • Turn on and off as needed. • Projects may include: Seasonal Support Candidate Pooling via job postings, website career page and/or your ATS Job Description Development Compensation Benchmarking Recruiting Strategy Development Pipeline Development
