Fixed Monthly Retainer: (typically a 6–12-month contract with flexibility) • Fixed Monthly Retainer – Zero Commission Model • Makes for easier budgeting. • Geared specifically toward companies who have “temporary, high volume” recruiting needs: National Launch, New Retail Account Support, Expanding Distribution • No limit on number of hires • Headhunter quality service with a 30-40% savings over traditional contingency fees • Augmenting your internal HR or Talent team. We add support during high volume cycles and partner with your team to manage internal postings, resume review and candidate screening. • We also continue to provide direct sourcing for passive candidates through our own network and channels. We assume the cost of our own LinkedIn Recruiter seat. No added expense to your budget.
