EDGE is designed by athletes, for athletes. Our mission at EDGE is to partner with college student-athletes and professional athletes who will be making the transition from elite athletics to working professionals by utilizing mentoring, networking and resources provided by former college and professional athletes who have successfully made the transition themselves. Together, with changing the way athletes enter their next phase, EDGE partners with companies to change the way they recruit their talent. Built from the principles of recruiting in sports, companies will be able to have an EDGE in bringing new talent to their teams.
