KAATADJEN SOLUTIONS is a social consultancy business specialising in Aboriginal Engagement, founded by Nicole Grubb, a proud Noongar Warrwa woman from the Williams/Maher families. The name KAATADJEN is the Noongar word for ‘knowledge’ and made up of two components – KAAT meaning head & DJEN meaning feet – explaining how knowledge is powerless if it doesn’t move from your head, to your feet, driving action. This cultural wisdom has lead to our ethos of creating positive impact for mob through engagement solutions focused on moving from Knowledge to Action & Understanding to Impact.
