Kabelano Training Solutions (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2016 with the aim to provide training primarily in the mining industry, in the metallurgical and analytical chemistry fields. With a rapidly changing working environment, emphasis will be put on developing learning/study material that ensures that employees are able to adapt to these changes and add meaningful value to their respective companies. This will be attained by continuously researching and engaging with relevant stakeholders within the industry. In a country where there is a shortage of skilled labor, the company also aims to develop communities within which the mines operate and beyond, by utilizing available governmental avenues. It collaborates with Mining Qualification Authority (MQA) SETA in finding suitable placements for students and graduates for internship and practical training programs. Although relatively new, the company is continuously expanding its client base and services in the industry. From inception, the company has established itself into a 100% black owned enterprise, and classified as a Level 1 BEE contributor. Kabelano Training Solutions (Pty) Ltd prides itself to have young staff that is self-driven, educated, committed and has vast experience and knowledge in the industry. The company aims to pro-actively identify the need of development in mining communities and contributes in empowerment of community members within the mining industry. This will be done both in isolation as well as in collaboration with other entities, e.g. municipalities, mining houses, e.t.c.
