We produce products through general mechanical operations (drilling, turning, milling, polishing, welding, cutting) which are used in various fields of activity, such as the plastic components industry, the fiber and synthetic fiber industry, the rubber components industry, the woodworking industry, the civil and industrial construction industry, the freight transport industry, commerce, automation, agriculture etc.
o Turning is the machining operation on machine tools called lathes. At this machining, the piece executes the main cutting movement (rotating movement), and the tool, the feed motion (the longitudinal, transverse or combined motion).
o Cutting is the operation by which the blank is cut to the size required for subsequent machining. Inside the company, cutting operations are performed on mechanical saws, abrasive cutting machines, but also with plasma jet cutting machines, depending on the type of the workpiece, the quality and the precision required.
o Milling is the technological process of obtaining the cutting surfaces where the main movement is the rotation of the cutting tool called the milling cutter and the feed motion is executed either by the tool or by the cutting tool.
o Welding is the technological operation of joining two parts at high temperatures by melting a filler material.In the company will perform welding work on aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron parts by various specific processes: TIG / WIG, MIG / MAG and MMA.
