Kactus Development is a working partnership of three friends and businessmen who are developing businesses and land in San Jose Del Cabo, Baja, Mexico. The three managing partners in Kactus Development, LLC are Stephen Klugherz, President, Juan Manual Arriotta Gonzalez, VP, and John Ovrom, COO.
One of the first successful ventures was bringing capitol and investors together purchasing and developing land to create a much needed business, Corridor Storage. An auto and self storage facility that as soon as it opened for business was full to capacity. While working on Corridor, Lito and the group knew there was a need for middle income homes and put a plan into action which became Harmonia, LLC., a large project that includes homes, condos, a sports fields, club house, horse, biking and walking trails while creating environmentally sound plan for the preservation of canyons, flora and fauna habitat that surrounds the 60 acres.
Kactus Development has quickly become a leader in land development in San Jose Del Cabo and is also working with and counselling other firms and investor groups and helping them move their projects forward.
