The Kahi'olani Foundation filed articles of incorporation with State of Hawai’i Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs on August 31, 2021 and was approved as a 501c3 entity on September 3rd, 2023.

Established in 2021, Kahi'olani Foundation is a Native Hawaiian Non-Profit Organization that helps to enrich distressed and underprivileged Native Hawaiian Keiki (Children) through the education and perpetuation of hula. It is through the practice of this the ancient indigenous art that Kahi'olani Foundation hopes to contribute and encourage the well being of these keiki and the well being of their families and communities through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual Hawaiian curriculum.
Foundation will serve as a conduit to insure social and economic advancement of Native Hawaiians and our communities.
