Founded in 1978, we practice a modified value investing strategy that traces its roots to our founding chairman, Irving Kahn, who was a disciple of the original value investing thought leader, Benjamin Graham, and was a contributor to Graham’s landmark texts, Security Analysis and The Intelligent Investor. We are driven by a deep research process that seeks undervalued equity investments across the capitalization spectrum with identifiable catalysts to unlock value in their underlying businesses.
