Kai Management Group is an investment manager based in New York City. The firm was founded in 2010 by Joe G. Daher, who serves as a co-portfolio manager alongside Daniel Abood. Together, Joe and Daniel oversee all investment activity and bring more than five decades of combined investing experience. Our aim is to generate consistent above-average absolute returns by investing in a well-balanced portfolio of companies that have durable and sustainable competitive advantages and avoid (or short) those that do not. We aim to purchase those companies at prices that provide an acceptable margin of safety, and we are driven by a rigorous bottom-up, intrinsic value-based investment process.
