We use systems science, human centred design and creation of technology to tackle our biggest food system issues and usher collaborative food models into life. We partner with like-minded movers and shakers within and across the food system, transforming culturally, logistically and digitally into generative actors. The Kai Platform generates cutting edge user experiences, supply/demand symbiosis, optimised operations and leverages big data — reducing food waste within a system from a typical 40% down to less than 1%. Kai Zen is our service consultancy partnering with organisations committed to regenerating everyday human experiences with food, and the food system in total. We integrate thought leadership to transform how one relates with it's system. We delve into a partner's world, apply systems thinking to see unique, creative leverage points, then add design thinking methodologies to map cultural/organisational problems to customised solutions.
