In 2019, Kaif Games was founded by industry veteran Anastasia Kazakova.
The company began with self-funding and quickly grew its team to around 10 members. By early 2020, we achieved over 2 million downloads for a game developed in collaboration with Azur Games, our publishing partner. We also secured a significant partnership with Supersonic, a leading hyper-casual game publisher.
Initially focusing on hyper-casual projects, we adapted to industry changes andventured into a new direction — outsourcing. This expansion allowed us to grow our team and financial resources while gaining expertise in hybrid and casual game genres. Our reputation flourished, leading to fruitful collaborations with Azerion, Europe's largest publisher, resulting in a cumulative revenue of over $600,000 from more than 10 games. In 2022, Azerion entrusted us with a substantial casual project, "Emma Secret's Puzzle," which we dedicated ourselves to until mid-2023, expanding our team to 24 members. This experience provided us with valuable insights into game metrics and audience engagement in this genre.
Today, we proudly present our unique game demo in the same genre, crafted with the invaluable support of the technical team from We Play Ventures. Our seasoned leaders, who have previously worked on projects like Ever Merge and Hero Wars at companies like Plarix and Wargaming, added their innate knowledge to our project. Our main goal for 2024-25 is to create the industry's next multiplayer sensation as a Mergeria service!
