KAINATT ENTERPRISES (KE) is one of the emerging Construction Companies having its Head Office in Karachi, having over twenty-three years of experience in civil engineering with specialized services in construction of Highways and Bridges in urban and rural parts of Sindh. Major infrastructure development projects such as building and houses are undertaken. Currently, we are also participating in a major water supply and sewerage project in Karachi. KAINATT ENTERPRISES was established in 1996 under the leadership of Mr. Churchill Shafquat. Since then the Company has steadily progressed due our traditional quality-oriented services. Also, Reconstruction & improvement of various road projects in Karachi were undertaken. • Moreover, KE working experience is expanding from a formal civil engineering contractor to concessionaire by successfully completing PKR 5126.54 Million worth project on Public Private Partnership mode (PPP mode) known as Sir Aga Khan Jhirk Mullah Katiyar Bridge project (JMK Project), which is the longest bridge over river Indus. • The PPP project is being maintained, operated by KE through an SPV for next twenty-five years. • Kainatt Enterprises prominent projects included but not limited to Construction of Flyover/Bridges over Malir-15, University Road, Water Pump, Banaras Chowk and construction and reconstruction and improvement of various roads at Karachi.
