Kairos Cognitive Care

Kairos Cognitive Care is re-imagining how to match career-aged adults with appropriate resources to support their mind health and mental wellbeing. Instead of waiting until adults feel they have a problem that needs solving, we position ourselves as early as possible in the progression of difficulties that lead to serious mental health problems and illnesses. Partnering with medical professionals, therapists, social workers, and community support organizations, we help identify adults having CHALLENGES instead of adults in CRISIS. We then provide novel, evidence-based supports that empower them to overcome and recover from those challenges quickly and with as little interruption to daily living as possible. The team we use to deliver these supports is made up of family physicians, psychiatrists, independent psychologists, clinical social workers, and specialized wellbeing analysts and advisors. Working collaboratively to assess, diagnose, plan for, and treat each case, this pod more accurately identifies a client's issues in significantly less time. Treatments selected for each client are also more successful because they are customized to each client's unique physical, emotional, social, psychological, and psychiatric profile. The result is a robust, precise, effective diagnostic and treatment regiment leading to happier, more engaged clients that have more success with recovery recommendations and are much more satisfied with the outcome of their experience.
