Kaiyu Machinery Factory was found by Japanese engineer Mr.Yoshiharu Uemura who is reputable and a highly professional on mechanism.
He worked for general agent of 'Juki' in Thailand from 1973 to start his career in engineering industry. He obtains decades of foreign trading experience to provide comprehensive production facilities for all multi-national garment manufacturers with concentration. He is a rare capacity in the field to provide professional programmes under one L/C sales contract with technical guidance for new garment factories, particularly familiar with shirts, woven/ knit apparel and sweater manufactory from cutting, pre-sewing and pressing equipments. In 1975, he had widely shuttled around those clothing countries : India, Bangladesh, Sri-lanka and Vietnam. Also assisted to set up new factories with complete set of production flow line.
At the same time, Mr. Uemura led to import advanced automatic sewing machines from Japan for manufacturers individually well over 30 years ago with large quantity of important projects, in which there has a number of Japan brand sewing machines sales agent such as Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Yamato and Hashima, etc. In Seventies he participated to establish Naomoto Asia Company in Hong Kong and obtained Hong Kong Government's Authority to import the newest steam boiler at that time - Naomoto Model : NB-36C, which greatly improved efficiency of pressing department at garment factory, and benefits to all enterprises and manufacturers. It also became a short story as well.. Since he is long term non-intermittent service in the field, the counterparts gave him a name of ' Industry Living Dictionary '.
Responding to the severe labor shortage, and in line with all largest order business firm requirements, man-power saving was necessary to meet with international needs of low-carbon, energy saving and reduction for the purpose of developing automatic production sewing tools. In 2002, Mr. Uemura set up joint venture Kaiyu Machinery Factory Workshop in China to produce garment machinery and co-operated with famous brands to develop new models. For example, according to the needs of order business firms to install a button stop on metallic needle detector for preventing any unnecessary contact to affect normal operation, and also equipped with additional data printing. Recently we autonomously develop new major models : computerized snap puller testing machine ( record the data of completed test of various styles of snap buttons/zippers/ribbons) and also the world most advanced Nano Technology applied to water treatment at automatic mini-steam boiler as to provide water flowing process with good flexibility. ( The slogan of low-carbon, energy saving & reduction is ' How much you need, how much you steam ' ) All those new products not only run with the times, but also unify to check for quality by inspector in accordance with international quality standard.
