Kaizen Architectural Group consists of two talented architects with a shared belief in taking a complete journey with our clients. We view problem solving as an opportunity to evaluate options, see all paths that can be taken, decide on the best direction, and ultimately reach the desired destination. We strive to apply the principle of Continuous Improvement to design methodology through client feedback and transparency, critical thinking, and thoughtful awareness. This philosophy is even embodied in our name, Kaizen, which means “change for the better.” Kya and Joe offer over 25 years of combined experience in design and project management, doing the work we love for the hospitality industry and a wide range of other building projects.
