Kaizen Offshore is a small consultancy company based in Aberdeen, Scotland providing specialist, international, project management to the Oil and Gas industry with specific focus and knowledge in the Brownfield and Decommissioning sectors. The company provides consultancy services to: - Give specialist project management and leadership for worldwide based projects - Develop a project from initial concept or identification of opportunity - Map out and plan the project strategy to a defined outcome - Management of project execution to achieve the defined objectives Clients include Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants, Quantum Leap Technologies and Leap Automation (a sub-division of QL Tech). In the decommissioning market Kaizen Offshore personnel have helped complete projects by providing specialist decommissioning support, cost estimating, along with project management and execution. Projects completed: • Project managed small multi-discipline teams of subject matter experts carrying out a Comparative Assessment (CA), Environmental Assessment (EIA) and the completion of a Decommissioning Programme (DP) for three North Sea assets. • Managed a multi-disciplined team of subject matter experts to develop a decommissioning plan and cost estimate, projected 25 year into the future, for a new build FLNG vessel for offshore east Africa. • Project managed a number of £0.5–£1.0million feasibility and concept studies for Norwegian based clients carrying out Brownfield developments on two major North Sea assets. • Completed multiple decommissioning management, planning and cost estimation studies with experience in managing projects and interfacing with project teams across multiple locations.
