Kakaw

We are a real estate investment and development fund, which arises from a family investment in the city of Merida, Yucatan. Since 2015, we have focused on identifying, evaluating, and acquiring high potential properties. We pay special attention on localizing new market opportunities, with projects that are considered differentiated. We have assets of our own, which give us higher opportunities inside the most important and exclusive residentials in the city. We have a multidisciplinary and very capable team, which detects the project's potential, and analyzes the environmental, urban, financial, and legal implications, keeping track with the international norms that assure the sustainability of the investment through short, medium and long term. We develop and implement social communication strategies through specialists who help us minimize marketing times. We have a great customer and partner's portfolio, and we use the most innovative tools (360 photographs, virtual tours, social media, etc), and as part of our team, we have notaries, appraisers, credit managers, and more buy-sell operation specialists.
