Later, it was incorporated as a plc in 2003 by Ethiopian family shareholders with a registered capital of ETB 13 Million.
Since its establishment the company has been making continuous growth and expansion by engaging in diversified business.
Currently, KAKI is providing high quality products that are mainly tailored to import and export trading, manufacturing of dry land cargo bodies and parts, sesame, and cereal cleaning services, and dry Cargo transport services.
