KakoSi Construction was first established by Vladimir Jovanovic in 2000. We are based in Keysborough and servicing throughout Victoria, with the occasional interstate jobs. Experts in external cladding using all James Hardie products, Vitrepanel, Alpolic and Smartfix Aluminium Cladding System. KakoSi Constructions employs personnel who are highly skilled and experienced with installation of both external cladding systems and internal fitout works, as summarised below; External Cladding • Cement sheet cladding systems – Certified installer of James Hardie Australia products • Symonite aluminium cladding systems – Certified installer of Symonite products • Alpolic cladding systems Internal Works • Office and shop fitouts • Plastering works • Carpentry works KakoSi has completed several major projects including Waterfront City Docklands, County Court Upgrade, National Ice Skating Centre Docklands, Maribyrnong Detention Centre, Burwood Road Hawthorn – Office Complex, Batman TAFE Docklands, Rydges Hotel Richmond and Wolf Blass Winery fire-rated buildings and warehouse and many other projects.
