We are revolutionizing the way Houston serves neurodivergent learners and learners with disabilities. We envision a society in which Houston public elementary schools are rooted in community values of inclusion and purpose for all learners and where schools have the capacity to hurdle barriers of ableism and generate beautiful kaleidoscopes of expert learners positioned to close expectation gaps for people with disabilities. The Kaleidoscope Collaborative is an equity design firm that designs innovative partnerships between public schools and community-based organizations to help schools achieve inclusive learning goals and normalize learner variability.
