Kaleidoscope’s managing partners are industry veterans with unique skill and experience leading turnaround and growth processes, innovation, strategy and product development. Complementing the managing partners are several clusters of leading business partners (‘Kaleidoscope Network’) that provide high end professional support to accelerate and provide the programs members with a competitive advantage. Kaleidoscope managing partners will act as an active advisory board for each selected SMB and will provide top level managerial support across different disciplines such as: planning and control, business development, marketing, finance and operations.
