Kalma Collective is a creative learning studio rooted in nervous system healing, self-expression, and intentional living. Our current workshops include: Kalma Reset ( a transformative workshop blending science-backed strategies and real-life tools to help you reconnect with your body, manage stressors in your daily life, and create sustainable practices that work for YOU) and Kalma Create (our version of a creativity workshop. Kalma Create builds on the foundation of Kalma Reset. While Reset helps you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner clarity, Create invites you to rise into full expression. Healing is what makes expression possible—when the body feels safe, the voice becomes clear. Kalma Create transforms inner work into outward expression, helping you channel your truth into creative projects, storytelling, and authentic impact. It’s the journey from self-connection to self-expression.) And finally we have a version to empower workplaces: Kalma Corporate. Kalma Corporate brings the heart of Reset and Create into the workplace. It blends nervous system-informed well-being practices with conscious communication, sustainable leadership, and creative problem-solving.
