Kangtao

kangtao is a community-based app for local SMEs to share deals, interact and collaborate with locals for their businesses. Our core value proposition is to recommend interesting kangtaos to consumers from local SMEs to encourage repetitive visits and raise awareness of new kangtaos around them. Values: To ensure the good spirit of giving back to the community, kangtao was formed with the idea of rewarding consumers with irresistible deals from SMEs. In turn, the kangtao would be shared among the community users via referral and encourage growth of the community as a whole. The Community: With an ever-growing ecosystem comprising of local SMEs and consumers, consumers get to enjoy refreshing deals and discounts from various SMEs and generate business continuity for them. Mission: During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our local SMEs were badly hit and many more were forced to close for good. Hence, kangtao's mission is to help these local SMEs thrive again, by encouraging consumers to frequent and start loving our very own local hidden gems!
