Kantabile Afrika is a boutique safari camp operator in Tanzania conceptualized by the owners with resources garnered with their own hands. Cherero Camp, a member of Regenerative Hotels™, is located in the heart of Serengeti National Park, in a secluded area towards the Western Corridor, while Aurari Camp, the venue for Kantabile Afrika’s inaugural retreat, is located in the Mara River region of Northern Serengeti. The camps are the result of the co-founders’ determination to stay true to their own values and beliefs, by challenging the status quo and operating their business in the “right” way, in terms of the environment and social impact. With an eco-friendly approach to luxury, the 2 camps are built to the highest standard comprising wood and canvas, with no permanent structures in place, so the tents can be moved entirely without leaving a lasting trace. The spacious tented suites are serviced by solar power systems and solar water heaters, so guests' comfort would not be compromised. Each oversized tented suite offers a generous interior living space of 50 square metres, plus a private verandah that serves as the perfect place to watch the African sun rise upon the horizon or enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. Kantabile Afrika strives to create a nurturing environment that fosters balance and harmony.
