Bioesis

Bioesis è una realtà che cerca soluzioni per un pianeta ecosostenibile mediante lo sviluppo di materiali derivati da elementi naturali ad impatto ambientale minimo, in grado di creare benefici. Il 3 Aprile 2015 è stata presentata la domanda di brevetto relativa a un biocomposito interamente vegetale derivante dagli scarti di lavorazione della canapa industriale. Tale biocomposito, HempBioPlastic (HBP), si è rivelato più prestante di altre bioplastiche già presenti in commercio. L’HBP è risultato più leggero del 20% e più resistente del 30% rispetto al PLA. Una delle prime applicazioni è l’estrusione di filamenti speciali per stampanti 3D FDM, ma l’HBP può essere utilizzato nei più svariati settori, lasciando spazio a infiniti sviluppi futuri. Immaginando un domani in cui la sostenibilità e il rispetto per l’ambiente siano i capisaldi della produzione industriale, Bioesis si impegna a trasformare questa visione in una realtà consolidata dove i materiali eco-sostenibili possano sostituire quelli di derivazione petrolchimica. The 3rd of April 2015 the request for a patent for a bio-composite obtained from plants, derived from the industrial hemp waste, was presented. This biocomposite, HempBioPlastic (HBP), has shown to be more performant compared to other bio-plastics on the market. L’HBP is the 20% lighter and the 30% stronger than PLA. One of the first applications is the extrusion of special filaments for FDM 3d printers, but it can also be used in different sectors, giving space to future developments. Imagining a tomorrow where sustainability and respect for the environment will be the main points of the industrial production, Kanèsis aims to convert this vision into a solid reality where eco-sustainable materials will replace the petrochemical ones.
