Kapitol Group was founded in 2018 with the intention of revolutionising the construction industry—we wanted to make it a safe, sustainable industry to work in, and build quality assets that make a positive difference in people’s lives. Starting out from ground zero, we have built one of Australia’s leading fully diversified construction companies—with more than 300 full time employees and delivering projects up to $1 billion in contract value (per project) across high tech industrial, residential, commercial, education, sport and recreation, and defence sectors. We have become known by our clients as changemakers—raising the bar on quality, safety, ESG, and sustainability, and have taken the use of technology to new heights not seen before in construction. In 2023 we were awarded AFRs BOSS Most Innovative Companies Award for our innovations in quality systems and processes We utilise Virtual Design and Construction on every single project, regardless of scale including BIM3D modelling, OpenSpaceAI, SharePoint sites, PowerBI dashboards, and targeted checklists. This philosophy of “model it before you build it” ensures that we identify and resolve design risks before we get to site -which always results in higher quality, more efficient outcomes for our clients.
