Kapowballs was established in October 2017 and is founded by dynamic duo sisters. Linessa Low who is our main baker and pastry chef and Linora Low who is a Radio Announcer, Emcee and Fitness Ambassador. Both are passionate about feeding the world with good food, in the process help encourage others to enjoy simple treats.
Finding healthier dessert/snack options aren’t easy to come by in Malaysia, as the easiest snack to reach for are your kuih-muihs, pastries and other desserts which are usually filled with sugar.
After understanding more about the negative effects of refined sugar in the body, the sisters started making their own snacks. with simple ingredients such as: dates, cocoa and nuts.
The results were delicious balls that kept the cravings at bay while nourishing the body too. These are perfect as a midday snack, a pre or post workout snack, or even a healthier dessert option after dinner time with the friends and family.
Eating clean doesn’t mean you have to eat boring. One just need to be creative, eat smarter and find moderation for a healthier lifestyle.
