A £2 million hydro-electric project with 1300 KW capacity, to be developed on the Phoenix river, near Patras in Greece. The project is already in its inception stage and production can kick-start as soon as permission is acquired from the Planning and Environmental Department in Greece. We estimate a time-line of 6 months-1 year for production to start, and an ROI of £500,000 annually! 2. We are also awaiting Planning Permission for a £ 420,000 Solar Power Plant with a capacity of 200 KW/hr.
