Kara Francis Coaching

Kara Francis is a former divorce attorney turned coach, helping clients build confidence, self-trust and emotional resilience in the divorce process. With her 6+ years of experience as a divorce attorney and her personal experience with divorce, she offers her clients an insightful and supportive space in the divorce world. Kara provides 1:1 coaching services for all stages of divorce, from deciding whether to get divorced, to getting the process started, to support during the divorce, to rebuilding and co-parenting after divorce. At all stages, her programs serve clients in the following ways: --Reflect upon and process emotions about their spouse and marriage. --Set realistic goals for their divorce and create action plans to achieve those goals. --Feel clarity and confidence about their decision to get divorced. --Lead difficult conversations with their spouse and loved ones with confidence, courage and compassion. --Set healthy boundaries to create an empowering and freeing divorce experience. --Build emotional resilience and energy for the most difficult stages of the divorce process (hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and the like). --Personal development and self-improvement, both as an individual and as a partner.
