The firm brand is “Karawani & Co”, and operates under this name, however its official name extends to Karawani Law Firm and Karawani Legal Consultancy depend on the jurisdiction and the legal requirement in countries of operation. Over the past years, the firm practice and reputation have grown. In the year 2000, attorney Raed Karawani joined the firm along with his international education and experience in international and commercial business law. He is also specialized in intellectual Property and corporate work. Currently, the firm consists of a team of about 45 people in various offices, in , Beirut, Dubai, Fujairah and Lodz.
